1. How do I book a bounce house or party rental?
You can book online through our website by visiting the Booking page. Once your reservation is submitted, you'll receive a confirmation email. If we have any questions, a member of our team will reach out.

2. What areas do you deliver to?
We proudly serve Hobart, Indiana and surrounding areas. If you're not sure whether we deliver to your location, feel free to contact us or call 219-786-1149.

3. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible—especially during peak seasons—to ensure your desired rental is available.

4. What happens if there’s bad weather?
Safety comes first! If there is severe weather like high winds, thunderstorms, or heavy rain, we may cancel or reschedule your delivery. We won’t set up if conditions are unsafe, and a credit will be issued toward a future date.

5. Can I keep the bounce house overnight?
Yes! Overnight rentals are available for an additional fee. Just let us know when booking.

6. When are deliveries and pickups scheduled?
Standard deliveries are done the morning of your event. Water units may be delivered on Friday and picked up Sunday, depending on scheduling and weather. We’ll confirm your delivery details ahead of time.

7. Do I need to be present during delivery?
Not necessarily. As long as you’ve clearly communicated where you want the unit set up, we can complete the setup without you being there. However, if the rental agreement hasn’t been signed, someone 18+ must be present to complete the paperwork.

8. Is a deposit required? When is payment due?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before delivery. Our delivery drivers try not to carry cash for safety reasons, as they are focused on setup and equipment handling. Please plan to complete payment in advance.

9. What kind of surfaces can the bounce houses be set up on?
We can set up on grass, concrete, or pavement—please let us know in advance what kind of surface you have. We cannot set up on gravel, rocks, or uneven terrain.

10. Are your bounce houses cleaned?
Yes! Every bounce house and rental unit is cleaned and sanitized after each use for your family’s safety.

11. Do you offer packages or party add-ons?
We sure do! Ask about our games, foam parties, water slides, and other exciting add-ons to make your event even more fun.

12. What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel for any reason, we offer a credit toward a future booking. However, if we arrive and set up the equipment and you choose to cancel at that time, no credit or refund will be given.

Refund & Credit Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Full payment is due before delivery.

  • If your event is canceled in advance (due to weather or other reasons), you will receive a credit toward a future rental.

  • If we have already delivered or set up the unit and the rental is canceled at that time, no credit or refund will be issued.

  • We do not issue refunds for unused time or early takedowns.
